Effective Decision Making (Tier 2)

This Tier 2 course is designed as an expanded study of our standard Effective Decision Making course. In addition to delving into the steps that go into better decision making, the course also expands on topics such as What to Do When You Make a Wrong Decision and What is an Ethical Dilemma? We also expand on some of the standard topics with supplemental videos for a more comprehensive understanding of the topic.
